Hazel's Home Kitchen is a small home-based weekend kitchen in Bangalore, offering a changing selection of homemade bakes, savouries and wholesome pre-prepared foods.

My menu is a mix of homemade bakes, savouries, fresh dips and salads, and pre-prepared foods. The menu changes each week, so there's always something different to look forward to.

No. My menu changes every week. The weekly menu is updated on the website every Sunday, so you can check what's available for that weekend.

You can always check with me! If there's something you'd like that isn't on the weekly menu, send me a message. If I can accommodate your request, I'll certainly do my best to make it happen.

Orders are open every Sunday at 10:00 AM and close Wednesday at 11:59 PM. I may close orders earlier if a particular item sells out.

Hazel's Home Kitchen is based in Bangalore and delivers within serviceable areas. Some of the areas I currently deliver to include HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Kothanur, Kamanahalli, Hennur, Koramangala, Kasturi Nagar, Indiranagar, Horamavu, Banaswadi, Ulsoor, Cooke Town, Frazer Town and Cox Town, among others.

If you're unsure whether I deliver to your area, just send me a message and I'll be happy to check. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and added to your order.

Pickup and delivery are available on Fridays from 5:00–7:00 PM and Saturdays from 12:30–2:30 PM. If you need a different time, just check with me and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

My frozen, ready-to-serve range is designed to make everyday meals quicker and easier. This category includes:

High-Protein Parathas — made with rajgira flour and sweet potato.
Lentil Patties — made with whole red lentils, fresh Mediterranean herbs and spices.
Lentil Dosa Batter — made with yellow moong dal or sprouted whole green moong dal, along with spices and greens, that can be frozen for later use.

These are made to help you have a wholesome meal or meal component ready when you need it.

My parathas and lentil patties can be cooked directly, they don't need to be thawed. Take out the required amount and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before cooking.

Heat a skillet, smear a little ghee and place the paratha or patty on the skillet. Heat on both sides for around 2–3 minutes each.

These foods are pre-cooked, so they don't need to be fully cooked again.

No. I do not use food preservatives, artificial food colour or MSG in any of my fresh or frozen food items.

Everything is freshly made! Even the frozen foods items are made to order, frozen and delivered to you.

For delivery locations that are more than 4–5 km away, the frozen foods may begin to thaw during transit.

Once thawed, they can become softer and may lose their original shape. For this reason, I recommend taking a little extra care when ordering frozen items from a distance.

Yes! If you're ordering from a location where the frozen foods may thaw during delivery, I can pack them in layers, just as I would before freezing them.

Once you receive your order, simply place the packets directly in your freezer and allow them to freeze for 12–16 hours before use. This allows you to enjoy my frozen range even if you live a little farther away.
